Donya, an ambitious Iranian-American high schooler who launches an outrageous campaign to become Prom Person, the gender-neutral replacement for Prom King and Queen at Sovereignty High. Determined to prove a girl like her can be the center of the story, Donya dives into fake promposals, strategic PDAs, and increasingly unhinged schemes.
