Best friends Olya from Luhansk and Oksana from Odesa, both wealthy students at Lviv State University, decide to stay in Lviv for the summer. After a night out, they are harassed by a drunk taxi passenger. The next day, the driver and his accomplice kidnap them, planning to force them into prostitution. Locked in an unfamiliar apartment, the girls escape by knocking out their guard. Fearing further danger, they hire a personal bodyguard—Polish professional Jarek Żurkiewicz.
