As a result, confidence in the government is once again being dented. Large differences between municipalities also cause a lot of frustration. Why does one municipality pay for a complete renovation and the other municipality not even pay for a new chair? Doesn't this well-intentioned arrangement actually widen the gap between citizens and government?
