The story follows Ana's internal struggle with her toxic "friend" Ed, who embodies her obsession with body image, food, and exercise. As Ed's distorted voice permeates her thoughts, Ana experiences the damaging effects of his influence, from extreme workouts to calorie obsession. Through introspection and therapy, Ana learns to confront and ultimately overcome Ed's harmful presence, reclaiming control over her life and finding hope for recovery.
