The film documents the art exhibition "Galerie Ephemere", for which some of the most important French pochoir artists came to Leipzig in 1991 to work on various projects together with local stencil artists. In addition to numerous interviews with artists such as Coma Baby and Blek le Rat, the film offers rare footage of street art on the walls of Leipzig shortly after reunification.
