Captain's Log: Star Trek Online Just Cast Three Spocks — And One of Them Is Leonard Nimoy
Star Trek Online's next update, "Rediscovered," launches September 22 with a story built around three temporally displaced versions of Spock — Ethan Peck's Strange New Worlds Lieutenant, Piotr Michael voicing the Star Trek VI-era Captain, and Commander Spock speaking in Leonard Nimoy's own archival dialogue. It's a game update. It's also, quietly, one of the more moving things the franchise has done for its 60th year.
